At OnlineBox.pk, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy applies only to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders placed within Pakistan.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

• OnlineBox.pk offers Cash on Delivery (COD) only
• Customers are required to pay in full at the time of delivery
• Please check the package before making payment to the courier (where allowed)

Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if:

• You received a wrong product
• You received a damaged or defective product
• The product is missing items

Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

• The product was opened, used, or damaged after delivery
• The issue is reported after 24 hours
• The product was ordered incorrectly by the customer
• The product is on sale, clearance, or marked as non-returnable

Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
2. Share:
   • Order number
   • Clear pictures or video of the product
   • Reason for return

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

Refund Policy (COD Orders)

Since we operate on Cash on Delivery only:

• Cash refunds are NOT offered
• Approved refunds will be provided as:
  • Replacement product, or
  • Store credit (usable for future purchases)

Replacement Policy

• Replacements are subject to product availability
• If the same product is unavailable, store credit will be issued
• Replacement delivery time may vary depending on location

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), return shipping may be covered by us
• If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

Order Refusal Policy

• Unjustified refusal of COD orders at delivery may result in:
  • Account restriction
  • Blocking of future COD orders
